The Wave is a parametric urban furniture piece designed to enliven an underutilized space on the McEwen School of Architecture campus in Sudbury, Ontario. Inspired by the craftsmanship of birch-bark canoes, the structure merges traditional design elements with modern parametric techniques. The Wave serves as both a functional and aesthetic piece, offering seating and a display area for student work, creating a visual dialogue between the built environment and the outdoor space.
