Wellness Axis is a mixed-use development designed to address the physical, social, and mental well-being of both residents and the broader community. Located at the convergence of Elm and Cypress Streets, the project seeks to revitalize a disconnected residential area and an aging downtown. By raising the ground plane, it breaks the privatized urban fabric, creating opportunities for community gathering through wellness-focused spaces such as a fitness studio, wellness center, and public courtyard. The integration of green infrastructure and urban design elements fosters a healthier, more connected community.
